General Privacy Statement
III Software's "General Privacy Statement" (this document) applies to all visitors to the unsecured, public portions of our site.
Usage Data
Our web servers have the ability to automatically collect certain information
that a web browser provides. This collection facility is commonly referred to as
a usage log or a traffic log.
Our web site collects detail information such as IP address, domain name, browser, date, time and page accessed. The information collected in our usage logs is used in the general administration of our web site, diagnosing problems with the server and monitoring traffic patterns. The detail information collected is used only by our staff for internal purposes. No detail information collected will ever be given to any third-party.
We may summarize the detail log information and prepare aggregated information such as counts and flow patterns. This information is critical for the purposes of service monitoring, site improvement and content analysis. We may periodically publish this summary data. Summary data will never contain any references to an individual or any personally identifiable information.
We monitor all unsuccessful access attempts to our servers. We reserve the right to disable any account or IP address/range which repeatedly makes unsuccessful access attempts or, in our judgment, is attempting to bypass our security.
Cookies and Web Bugs
III Software does not use cookies for any purpose.
We do not use Web Bugs as a means
of tracking visitors or providing information to third parties.
Collected Information
Several areas of our site allow (but do not require) the entry of personally identifiable information.
Any information collected on our public site (excluding "Usage Data") is held in strict confidentiality
and will only be available to III Software staff.
Disclosure of Information
Personally identifiable information will only be disclosed with your consent.

In the event that illegal activity using III Software's equipment or facilities are
detected, the offender waives the protection offered in our privacy statement.
Activities such as, but not limited to 'hacking', harassment or violations of standing law or statue

Any data collected on the offender may then be made available to our clients, our ISP,
or any law enforcement agency with authority.

III Software believes that it is compliance with all applicable privacy laws, regulations
and guidelines published by the FTC, EFF and the W3C. We consider those laws,
regulations and guidelines to be minimum standards. We will continually monitor
customer and visitor comments and suggestions. This feedback will be used to
adjust our privacy statement to better address the needs and desires of our clients.
