Overview
WebX_http Version 5 is a developer library used to simplify interfacing to web services.

Support
All purchases are entitled to support via email for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase at no additional charge.
Bug fixes we publish to the specific version of the software you purchased are always free of charge (e.g., 5.0.1, 5.0.2).
Extended support is also available.
Notifications
We notify clients of releases by email. Many times emails are missed or undeliverable.
You should occasionally monitor the product page, or subscribe to the RSS feed to make sure
you are aware of the latest version of the software.
Licensing
WebX_http Version 5 is licensed 'per developer' or 'per site'.
All purchases include the right to distribute, royalty-free, a copy of the Run-Time files
with your own application. See the License Agreement for full details.
A site license enables you to install the entire software distribution on all employee developer
machines at a single company/organization/entity, regardless of physical location.
(NOTE: export restrictions apply)
Upon purchase, you will receive a perpetual license to use the software version you purchased
for development, and a perpetual license to distribute the associated Run-Time along
with your application.

Purchase/Return Policy
You are encouraged to test the software during the first 30 days after purchase. If you can demonstrate the software does not operate as described, you may request a refund.
No refunds will be issued after the 30 day period expires. Please verify that the single-user license performs substantially as required before you purchase
additional levels of the product or support agreements, as these are non-refundable.
DISCLAIMER: III Software LLC reserves the right to abstain from any transaction (purchase, support or service) with any entity, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
